Q: What payments methods do you accept?
A: We accept card payment, cash, or accepted gift vouchers.
Q: How do i access the building?
A: Once you enter the building we are on the second floor and all doors will be open for you. Please be advised we operate on an appointment only basis therefore we kindly ask that you arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your appointment time only. If you arrive too early we may not be able to open the door for you.
Q. Do you have spa facilities?
A: No we do not have any spa facilities. Our city centre wellbeing treatment rooms do not have any spa facilities.
Q: Is there a waiting area?
A: Yes. There is a small waiting area for clients where you can complete a consultation form and take time to enjoy a warm herbal tea or some water for 10/15 minutes after your treatment. We do mostly operate on an appointment basis so hope you can appreciate the limited time we can allow clients to use the waiting area after treatment.
Q: Do you have disabled access?
A: Unfortunately we do not have disabled access as we are on the second floor of a building which does not have lift access. There are 2 flights of stairs to the treatment rooms.
Q: Is there any age restrictions on any of the treatments?
A: Yes clients must be age 18 or over to book a treatment. Please contact us for further information.
Q: Are group bookings allowed?
A: Yes we do offer dual treatments and a pamper party package which allows a maximum of 4 people.
Q: How long do the treatments last?
A: The treatments all have varying treatment times. Please refer to the treatment page you require, this is where you will find the treatment time. All treatments require a consultation form to be completed which is included in the treatment time.
Q: What is a contraindication form?
A: All treatments require a full consultation and contraindication form to be completed before the treatment. A contraindication form highlights to the therapist any medical reason which may prevent you from having the treatment. The therapist will fully explain the procedure and form to you.
Q: If i have a contraindication will it stop me from having any treatment?
A: Not necessarily. A contraindication may prevent the treatment completely or may require the therapist to adapt the treatment depending on the contraindication. The therapist will explain to you throughly if this is the case may be able to offer an alternative.
Q: Are your treatments suitable for a pregnant woman?
A: Not all the treatments are suitable for pregnancy. We recommend that you contact us to discuss any requirements prior to booking a treatment. We do not offer pregnancy massage.
Q: What if i need to cancel my appointment? what is your cancellation policy?
A: Our treatment rooms operate on an appointment only basis, therefore therapists are scheduled according to treatments. Treatment times are reserved especially for you. A 50% charge will be applied if 24 hours notice of appointment cancellation is not given. Discount deal bookings (Groupon) require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Gift voucher bookings that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will have 50% deducted from the value. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur which may require you to cancel your appointment with little notice. We would appreciate it if you could take this into consideration and let us know as soon as you are able too.
Q: Late Arrivals?
A: As a courtesy to following clients, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time and will be charged the full treatment cost.
A: We advise loose dark clothing and open toe sandals for all tanning treatments.
For Pedicures we advise open toe sandals.
For body treatments clothing may be required to be at least partially removed however you will always be covered by towels and the therapist will only remove the towel from the area they are treating. You should always undress to your personal level of comfort for example if you prefer to wear shorts. All clients are required to wear a minimum of underwear for all treatments. If a client arrives without underwear we will supply you with disposables if you choose not to wear the disposables then we would refuse treatment.
Drink plenty of water
A treatment often releases toxins from the body, so be sure to drink plenty of water before and after your treatment to keep yourself properly hydrated.
Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions
Our loyalty card is designed to reward regular clients. Collect 8 stamps and receive 30% off your next full price treatment. Collect one stamp when you spend £20.00 or more on each treatment. 8 treatments must be purchased within one year of the date of the first treatment.
Students are entitled to 10%* off all massage and holistic treatments on production of a valid NUS student card.
Student Discount - must quote 'student offer' and produce a valid NUS student card to receive the 10% discount. *not valid on packages, treatment discounts or promotions. Valid Monday – Friday only.
